once in the apartment, the stay was fine. Getting in and parking were frustrating. Positive: the apartment was nice and comfortable Negative: Unclear directions on obtaining keys and parking pass. The gate to the parking area would not open. there were zero instructions on opening the gate for parking. No one answered or even responded to calls for assistance.

We wanted a place close to the stadium. This rental allowed us to walk to the concert and enjoy the local scene.

I was unhappy with this experience. The property itself was fine but the checkin process was poor and communications with the owners was bad as well. I would not stay here again. My sense is that there are some situations where property owners just want to be hands off completely and have everything done via email and text and that just doesn’t work….I ran into early complications and that set a bad tone.

Justin was SUPER helpful and made payment easy. While it was very expensive to stay for the 2.5-month timeframe, the location was spot on, and the apartment was cute and had just the right things. NOTE: When renting for an extended period, supplies are not replenished, and cleaning is not offered.

Overall, I would highly recommend this property. It's big, bright, and in the perfect location. You can literally walk to anytime you might want to (i.e. coffee shops, clubs/bars, restaurants, the train, the city, It has the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on and the shower was absolutely amazing.
