Positive: Loved the convenience of location, price, and many of the accommodations.
Negative: Had a problem with the modem and was without wifi for the first 2 days of my stay.

Positive: Nice and cozy
Negative: The kitchen sink drain was clogged and water went down very slowly. No TV in the bedroom. The wifi was slow which caused poor TV viewing, alot of freezing and buffering and the shower wasn't very hot i'm going to remember

Excellent for our short time in Charlotte
Positive: Clean, Spacious, Comfortable and walking distance to most of the restaurants!

Positive: The property has a great pool area really nice. Quick walk from elevator and room which is a confidence
Negative: Construction was near by so that was a little annoying

Negative: Street noise can be intrusive, due to where the apartment is situated.
