My stay was great. Positive: Everything.

Positive: The place was spacious and very clean. Negative: Arrangements for getting access was somewhat confusing.

Apartment exactly as advertised Positive: Location is very good, the process is very well explained and detailed in the instructions they sent. Communication was fast. Good insulation between other units, as we didn’t really hear anything above or to the sides of us. Negative: I wasn’t expecting to have to upload my ID to the system. After a few bad experiences in the past with towels and linen being dirty at hotels I prefer them to be white, these ones were grey, which I understand makes them last longer but it’s difficult to tell if they’re clean or not. If you’re a light sleeper be mindful that there’s a train passing by somewhere in the distance that can be heard and we had some inconsiderate guests being loud in the pool at almost 12am (host was responsive about this, so that’s a good thing).

I decided to go to Charlotte to celebrate my birthday and booked a cute room through VRBO on somewhat last-minute plans. The location was fantastic—right in downtown Charlotte and easy to find. The check-in process included a lot of detailed directions for locating the key, parking near the room, and navigating the apartment building, which was a bit confusing at first. However, once we got the hang of it, it was much smoother for the rest of the stay. The room itself was lovely, and the view from the balcony was a highlight! Overlooking the pool with a glimpse of the Charlotte skyline was a nice touch. The host was excellent with communication, making the entire process seamless. I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and family. It made for a great birthday trip, and I enjoyed my time in Charlotte!
