Newly Renovated | King Bed, Gym, Pool, Offices

Dirty, urinated bed, drug use, renovation works ongoing, not helpful nor systematic host. Positive: Location Negative: Not clean ! Remnants of drug paraphernalia, floor was filthy and also the windows, balcony area was full of cigarette ash! The landlord said he would get the cleaners back but never did ! The bed had a piece of foam covering the mattress which was used to cover over a recently urinated bed so I had to sleep on the sofa bed ! The landlord offered no apology or any resolve and just said it wasn’t the right fit for me ! To add - major refurbishment was going on the apartment complex on the roof, which the noise most of the day was load drilling etc and this was not disclosed prior to the booking or after, which also meant that the roof top facilities were not available. No offer of compensation was provided nor genuine apology for my continued bad experience at this property, which I will never return to.

Frustrated and Confused Positive: Terrible , confusing and frustrating, the was leak in the bathroom and was smelling, they sent someone to fix but I had to sleep with the fan noise inside the bathroom . The parking permit and the keys pick up very confused! The unit is located so far away from the garage ! And the host never inform me that the pool is closed until Memorial Day

Unnecessarily Stressful Negative: The host’s attitude and sense of arrogance when asked for assistance. The unnecessary stress from the host lack of preparation. I was given a gate clicker that did not work, this resulted in me locked out of the building overnight in a city I’m not familiar with. The host was not compassionate, instead threaten to kick me out when I questioned his business practices. The building is broken down and has a 2/5 rating by the locals (something that if known, would have influenced my decision to stay here). It was an awful experience and you’re better off paying for a hotel room instead if you value your safety, and would like reasonable accommodation.
